JR SPEY Google Kevin Feenstra's website. He has several patterns that are superb. I've also been known to use an intruder at times. Really, though, Kevin's sculpin and leech in a few different colors will be all you need.

Lake Michigan Steelhead/Salmon

Hello,

I go up to Petoskey, Michigan a few times a summer and I've been reading about the steelhead and salmon fishing that goes on there. it sounds like the best is in the spring and fall. Can anyone suggest some patterns to start off with? I've done basically no trout/salmon fishing although a lot of flyfishing otherwise so I'm just trying to figure out how to get started.
