|bruce.campo||just to let you know, it's all your fault that I can't get soft-shelled crabs out of my mind. I'm calling local fish markets around me to see if they have any. I'll get some by this weekend... it's not the same as fresh... but it will have to do...|

No breading - just dusted in flour and my secret ingredient ground coriander then sauteed in olive oil with a pat of butter toward the end.

Ah - there is NOTHING better then softshell crab... It looks fabulous... lightly breaded maybe?
I remember a LONG time ago after completing a marathon, my brother and I drove 2 hours to Maryland for softshell crabs. Actually ordered 2 entrees....
