Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I have fished with Ned - love fishing with him: great guy, great guide. He got me my 1st tarpon in May this year - what an experience!

If I remember correctly, Ned was originally from around here (Cape, I think).

Cheers!

juro Welcome Jay -

Nice bright fish, a sign of how oceanic things are nowadays in PB. I hope to get out there before Friday's blow.

Introducing myself

Hi all -

Been lurking for a few weeks and thought I'd introduce myself. First, love this site - some of the other sites I've been part of over the years have spread out away from fly fishing - not that I'm opposed to spinning, etc., it's just that I love fly fishing and it's the most interesting way to fish in my book. So this site is great.

I also wanted to second Juro's comment on another thread about the continued presence of stripers in Pleasant Bay ..... not that it's news to you guys living on the Cape. Saturday AM I picked up my 1st spey rod striper - what a blast!

Anyway, I look forward to participating.

Cheers

Jay
