FishHawk Well Roop I guess you didn't get to put your saltwater gear away for the season. Just one more cast. Great report. FishHawk

GregD Allright Roop!

Great way to start the day, those really FAT stripers are amazing. Sounds like a great morning out.

JimW Great fishing with you Roop. That fish was such a porker it was running out of skin. I hit the light from 8:00-9:30. There were some birds grabbing sand eels out in the middle of the bowl and small sand eels in the current close to shore, but I couldn't seem to find the fish. While I was at the light there was a major blitz on the backside of Nausset point that lasted about 45 minutes. I tried another spot after that but it just wasn't in the cards today. Nice day to be out there though.

Roop Terry - just between you and me, this fish told me that he was the last of the fall stripers, don't be fooled, it's all over....

The early bird gets the...

Striper!!

Met JimW at a Chatham beach this AM.

Short version: I landed a FAT fish, length unknown, over 30Ē, it stretched open the gap in my hook, had to leave at sunrise, Jimís still out there somewhere.

I wish I could start every day like this.

Roop
