FishHawk The Penguin has a peddle powered yak. He likes it very much. He can fill you in on the details. FishHawk.

Gseries69 Hi Warren,

I will mostly be using it for saltwater around the Cape and Southern Maine.

Thanks

Warren G series,

What kind of water do you plan on fishing? Ocean? Lake Champlain?, small ponds? all of the above?

New Kayak

I was wondering if any of the veterans could help me choose a kayak. I've only fished from a kayak a few times so know very little about them. I know I like the idea of sitting on top versus in the kayak. I've heard of but never fished from boats that are peddled versus paddled. Can any one comment on the pros and cons? Also curious about the pros and cons of a rudder. In your opinion what are some of the better boats out there?

Thanks
