juro WELCOME!

Sounds like a perfect venture to take on with your son. I can speak from personal experience, that's a great age to do it.

Also good to hear you play guitar! Maybe you could donate a song recording to the forum benefit CD. We have several on board already. Our version of a bake sale

Kentucky Newbie here

Hi,
Just found this place.

I've been fishing for nearly 40 years, and did a little hacking around with a fly rod back in college but have not touched one since.

My son will be 12 this spring and we're thinking it would be something fun to learn together. He is my fishing buddy. I've been asking questions and getting answers already. This seems like a good forum.

My other passions beside fishing are:
  • Guitar - I play mostly bluegrass and gospel music (yes, I am a Kentucky hillbilly). I play in church a couple times a month.
  • Shooting muzzle loading rifles - I build muzzleloading rifles and shoot in NMLRA National events.
  • Corvettes - I have an older '76
Vette that is a work in progress.

Good to meet you guys, looking forward to learning from, and hopefully sharing with you all.

Jeff
