I’m not familiar with the s.o. skater but I will take a look around and see if I can find the pattern for you. In the mean time take a look at the two threads below by “flytyer”, our northwest fly tying moderator. They have some good information on the Waller Waker and Bomber, both Northwest standards when it comes to skating flies.

looking for and help with this pattern would like to tie for the thompson to take a steelhead in a skated fly pattern.or any other excellent skating patterns
