wb4tjh Check out the Classic Rod Forum. That's where the bamboo rod community of fishermen and rodmakers hang out. It is the THE source for info on bamboo fly rods, both junkers, classic rods and newly made rods and their makers.

remember that you can NOT describe your new rod in enough detail when asking for an appraisal. I urge you to read the "rules" regarding asking for an appraisal. Try a search first for the rod you have,,, that being if you know who made it,,,etc. Pictures will save lots of headaches. Good luck and here's to hoping it ain't "Made in Japan"

Hello new here, I have just purchased a bamboo splitcane fly rod.I have searched every where on the net to find out info on this rod and canot find any.Would like to find out what it's value is.
