Grand Turk or Grand Caymans??

Taking the family on a cruise in mid June that will stop in Grand Turk and Grand Caymans. I would like to get out and try and find some bones and or tarpon while I am there. Any advise on which place would be better? There is an excursion offered that offers FF'ng for Bone when we stop in Grand Turk. From the research I have found, guides in that area are really expensive. The ships offering if quite reasonable and says it takes you to one of Grand Turks inland saltwater lakes.

I also have found a guide in the Caymans that is about the same cost of the ships excursion, both of which are about a third of the independent Turks guides.

Anyone have any thoughts about which one might be best or have any other suggestions.
