Swap Fly

This is a fly tied for mainly stream smallmouth, but alternative applications are almost limitless. This pattern is tied in a slightly more subtle version, and could be tied with a few strands of krystal flash depending on the situation.

Hook- size two 3x long streamer
body- holographic silver tinsel ribbed with copper wire
tail- a tuft of red fox
wing- coyote guard hairs and fur with a peacock herl lateral line
collar- black rabbit fur over natural rabbit fur
with a conehead to weight

The finished fly is great smally pattern with more subdued colors and natural motion. It could probably do a number as a large trout fly as well....
