Juro- re claws- I,ve seen/heard some debates wether clawed or clawless ties work better- I love the claws on the link - I went for clawless this time -next set I'll try claws again and do a fishing test The C/Dads are on a size 8 Mustad #79580
Curious on other folks take on claws/no claws? Been working on a fresh moulted mini C/Dad as well

What size hook are the c'dads tied on? I really like them. Maybe some of striblue's phesant neck feather claws would be suitable for crawdads.

Uh, the dragon, the damsel, and the mini-crawdads.
We generally put recipes with the flies that are posted to the pattern archives so that our members can tie them at their liesure.
