We were out there Sun/Mon and they are still around. 5 in the boat over the 2 days with a few break-offs but we had plenty of action to keep things interesting. The Enviro police were at the ramp yesterday so make sure you have a Permit if you are chasing these guys.
Anyone have a good recipie for cooking them up? Sear them on the grill?
Mike - 9 in the boat in one day? You are a FISH PIG

Launched from the same place about the same time as you and started in that direction but let myself get waylaid by a ton of bass at the reef. After messing around with them we continued east and spotted some Bonito off the beach at Misquamicut and chased them around for a while. We never got farther than Weekapaug Pt. and didn`t see a tuna all morning. Surprised we didn,t see you as we both hauled out about the same time too.

Bluefin Assault #2
Short post too tired at the moment had to work on my trailer after returning home so I can go out again. Boated 9 fish today up to around 30 lbs. all on the fly. 3 guy's on the boat today. I took 3 fish, Jimmy took 4 fish and Bob took 2 fish his first ever Bluefin he was stoked. There ton's O' fish around today off of the RI coast line and we literally had our own fish for most of the morning. I sure hope they stickl around for awhile these fish are better than SEX!
