Thats what the calendar tells us. In the Vancouver BC. area we will have the sun rise at 5.05 Am and set At 9.20 PM. which means it is still light till 10 or so.
This is a big piece of ground in the scope of the PNW. when you consider our northern sections of the province see the sun come up at 4.30 AM and set at 11.35PM. A long day waiting for the evening hatch.
Hope your lines are all tight this weekend.
