Chris Hang onto those saltwater rods. You're not moving that far.

John Desjardins I remember seeing some streams in the state forest on rt 2 near Florida and on a small state road that winds from North Hampton to North Adams on a drive out that way. I'm sorry I can't vouch for the fishing, it was the one and only time I've gone on vacation and left the rods at home .
If my memory is corect the Battenkill is not that far to the north.

troutdude Check out the Deerfield river. Fly fish only, catch and release area in the upper river is very nice.

Moving

Hello all, tomorrow I will be moving from one corner of the state to the other. I'm just looking for a little local info regarding fishing in the N. Adams area, since that's where I'm going to be for the next 6 months. I probably don't need those 10 wt. rods do I?
Thanks for anything you can offer.
