Martin Scierra Outdoor Company are the creators of the XDA flyline -- Scierra being one of the fastest growing (new) luxury brands today. I think a group of famous flyrod engineers founded the company -- I can't remember their names, though.

Concerning the XDA, it should be a shooting head with a running line attached to it -- holding a total length of 35 meter.

Airflo Polyfuse 7000Ts

I can get one of those (#8 WF - floating, orange) for a fair price but I don't want to buy a pig in a poke -- how does the flyline handle the rough saltwater life? How long is the "belly"?

And btw, I wanted to buy one of those Scierra XDA flylines for extreme casting distances -- unfortunately they were out of stock. So I'm waiting for the new US lot...
