webbie I tried out the 9wt 9' this summer. The rod is pretty fast. It is also a little bit heavier than I would like. Overall, you can't beat the price!

The French guy A friend of mine is a fly caster in Naples, Fl and loves them. They cast OK.

Echo Rods

Looking to acquire a few new rods over the winter in an 8wt and a 3 wt. Casted the Echo rods by one of the Rajeff brothers and seems like a pretty nice rod for sub $200.

Does anyone have any experience with these rods? Like, dislike? Any comparables in price and quality.

Apparently Echo has reels too for under $80. Has anyone tried them?

Thx for your input.
