no problem Juro, just wanted to let any prospective recipiants know that the colors were off...don't bother going to all the trouble of rescanning

RE:Tom Dunlap's SWFF Swap Entries

Sorry Tom, I'll have to try to get high-res macro shots to make up for the problem. I was packing for a biz trip, scrambling the flies and packing them for mailing, taking photos, running down to Kingston to meet Al and Smitty, all in a single day.

By the time I downloaded the images the flies were all packed up in their envelopes. If you have better scans I will happily replace this thread with yours.

I think I will be able to get a better image when I get home. I didn't get return addresses for three swappers so they didn't get mailed yet. I will bring them to the show in case anyone wants to pick them up. There might be a Mongoose in their packages - hope so! I get back to Boston tomorrow night so I'll open the packages and get that better scan for you, sorry about the inconvenience.

RE:Tom Dunlap's SWFF Swap Entries

wow, that has quite a color shift, the yellow caftail in the photo is actually bright chart. and the fly doesn't look at all red in real life! oh well, Juro did say the scans weren't that great. did anyone else have such a dramatic color shift in the pictures?
