Juro-if you want to come out, right now is the ticket. The fishing is heating up quickly. The guys over at Baldwin Bait and tackle say now until sometime of may will be hot. There will probably be no peak. If you come, I heard the weir in custered is pretty cool. Check it out. The Mo is a late run river. I don't expect it to peak for another 2-3 weeks with this wack out spring.
I heard tippy is pretty hot right now.

You could do no wrong coming out in the next 2-3 weeks.
Due to the H2O we just got; the Betsie, Big Man, PM, and Mo' will be heating up very very soon. A good source told me there was a nice pod of steel downstrream of Custer on the PM.
Not to mention the shoreline Browns and Coho. They are within reach of a well placed clouser.
Come on out we can find you a spare bed somewhere.

|juro||Is this the prime time for winter fish (now thru May)? Just might make a trip...|

Fished the flies only section of the PM this weekend. The water was decent looking with some stain to it. I went 1-2 on steelhead. Both hits came on nuke eggs. With this rain coming in, it should push a ton of fish in.
