flytyer fish-head,

Pretty much any rusty-orange colored dry fly in size 6 or 8 will work. I prefer those that skate because of design or because they are tied to easioly accommodate a hitch. My favorite is either Bill McMillan's Stealhead Caddis in rusty orange or Harry Lemire's Grease Liner with a rusty orange body. A friend prefers an all rusty orange bomber and another friend prefers an orange stimulator. In other words, take your pick as long as it is rusty orange.

juro This is what I use the most, also without the muddler head on a standard loop eye hook. Lady Caroline Spey is a good summer choice, don't forget all phases of the sedge's life cycle!\
