fish-head MJC are you going up a size on the head , 9wt. rod 10wt. head ? This is what I do , I have tried just about all of the manufacture's that make Shooting Heads . I really like the Rio line of heads , I think they are in the same range that Juro stated above .Not sure if this help's . Fish-head

juro I'll keep my eyes open. STS 30' lines are in highest demand in the PNW so it should be easy to find them in flyshop bargain bins in other parts of the country. I see them collecting dust on shelves in the Northeast. As I recall they are only $25-30 new so if you are looking for bargain prices that would probably be around $20 or less(?)

If you ask our sponsor shops (banner ads lead to their sites) they might have such a line in overstock that they could give you a deal on.

If I see any I'll let you know.
