The way you and Bob prepared it over the coals with the wild pacific coast just over the dune with microbrews on tap etc etc... I won't be so hesitant next time.
Now that we've been introduced, I could pick out the cabezon in any crowd hehe

just saw this post again and reminded me not to mention your reluctance to touch the cabezon.
that would be rude to mention that.
just installed a suspension seat in the boat and then took it out on the sound in small craft advisory conditions. big improvement.

Neah Bay Salmon
Went out to the 'edge of the world' for ocean salmon. The salmon situation was sparse as has been the rule this season so far, but we got a few. This wild fish was released.
We swapped over to bottom fish and got into big lings, rock cod and cabezon (which look like hell but whose filets are delicious on the grill). Camping on the remote shores of the Olympic Peninsula was hard to beat.
Special thanks to hosts Tony and Bob, looking forward to doing that again next year.
