Sage ONE

Recently received my new Sage ONE 990-4, 9' 9 wt. After mounting one of my reels on it I took it to a beach to do some striper fishing. I am fishing just about 55 years and have to say that I think that this may be the finest casting 9 wt flyrod it has ever had i my hands. Distance + accuracy + feedback =

Unfortunately, the fish did not cooperate so I cannot give a fish fighting review but I am sure it will not leave me disappointed.

As to the quality of the rod, it is a Sage. Nothing else to say.

How much do I like the Sage ONE? I sold off 3 other rods and ordered another ONE as a backup. These rods will be with me for a long, long time.

XNY
