With record high in grilses run last year, did you suggest that the tags limit should have been increased? (...) What means a tag limit when less than 5% of anglers use all of them (at least Quebec reality)???
But with the expected low run in MSW next season, what should sure be done would be change the rule to allow kill only after the objective is met, rather than before. Exactly like Ste Anne river did this summer.
