The Millers River

For those who chase trout with a fly - the Millers River in central Ma. is HOT right now and will be even better after we stock the largest C&R section with browns on Friday, May 2nd. Caddis and Hendricksons are popping up and providing some great surface action. Rainbows are providing the bulk of the fly fishing right now and they have been acting like browns as to their selectivity. This river is still fairly unknown to most fly fishers. One can expect good fishing throughtout the Summer and then deep into the Fall.

If you want to spend a few (2 hrs) hours this Friday afternoon helping with the brown stocking then email me at millercaddis@yahoo.com Besides helping a good cause you'll also be able to pick my brain about this great river.
