Quentin An osprey also showed up while I was there. I thought there might be a battle for fishing rights but it just circled around a couple times and continued on its way.

Dble Haul We had a pair of nesting ospreys quite close to one of the many spots that we fished today. I figured that if they were there, then there must be some fish close by.

Somebody had my spot today . . .

I went to another backwater area today but someone was already in my spot. It stayed there and watched me as I fished for a while, and as soon as I left it flew down and circled around just above the water. I couldn't see if it caught anything, but I hope it was more successful than I was.
