Bonaventure ZEC Meeting

I received a letter from the ZEC de la riviere Bonaventure implying a similar situation as with the Gaspe ZEC. The Bonaventure ZEC is calling for a meeting on March 7 and is opposing new regulations to give outfitters special rod rights imposed by the MRNF. It certainly looks like there is a more fundamental shift happening.

Does anyone know more details in this case?
