Those darn closed seasons.....

Hi guys that was my read too. In light of this (rule) I will be certainly fishing for Rockfish around the "Whistler" on Sundays & Mondays . Maybe even look for a Kelp Cod in the sea foam at Skagway.

should be open

I was at Big Salmon in mid May and they mentioned that bottomfish (ling, Rockfish, etc) will be open until October.

I just checked the WDFW website and saw no indication of emergency closures, so you should be good to go.

SalmoGairdneri I haven't seen anything in the regs or supplemental rules that would indicate that rockfish will be closed on sunday/monday.

Have you heard about some additional regs still to come?

Neah Bay question?????

Hey Topwater, Did you ever find out if fishing for Rockfish will be open on Sundays and Mondays when Salmon fishing is closed?
I am still planning on being camped at Neah Bay during the "Clave".
