New Jim Teeny "Bruce Chard" line

Just got a new Jim Teeny fly line catalog, and he has a professional Florida Keys person designing his saltwater lines. Apparently the permit version has been on the market for some time. The lines have a short 23' head and then apparently a reverse, or rear taper to the end of the line. Has anyone cast one of these things in the salt for a fish? How does it handle in the wind?
I'm always for innovationn, but I would like a recommendation before I considered buying one. This is pretty radical!
