vise

I have tied on a lot of different vises over the years (HMH Standard, HMH Spartan, Dyna King Supreme, Thompson A, Thompson B, Dyna King Barracuda Jr., Renzetti Master, Regal Inex...). After all those, I landed on and stuck with a Nor-Vise. Their popularity is very polarized: people either love them or love to hate them. They are well made and have been around for a couple decades now, if not more.

A Nor-Vise transcends just being a vise. It is a complete system that is very well thought out and complementary. There are small jaws, big jaws, fine-point jaws, a tube fly vise, a dubbing brush table, a light, travel case, videos and DVDs and probably the most important component: the automatic bobbin. PM me if you'd like more info or visit the company website.
