Evinrude "side oiler" problem
Any and all suggestions are welcome: I have a '93 60 HP, 2 stroke evinrude with a seperate reservoir for the oil. The problem is that there seems to be a negative pressure that develops within the engine when it has not been run for awhile (1 week) which causes oil to be drawn into the engine. The result is carburetors flooded with 2 stroke oil and an engine that will not start. I have not been able to isolate the problem. Any ideas out there?
