Just recieved my Temple Fork back after a severe case of Clouser-itis. Mailed it to Dallas and 9 days later I had a brand new rod, not a section replacement as I got when my top of the line Scott suffered a similar incident 2 yrs. ago. I call that pretty good service.

You know, I keep hearing about how great these rods are, and I'm tempted to try one, but I keep remembering the review of 8-wt. travel rods that Fly Fish America did last year, and how dismal the performance of these rods was in that review. There's a store 30-minutes down the road that sells TFO rods, perhaps I'll give them a try. I need an 8-wt. for the upcoming year. I'll likely either go with one of these TFO rods, another 5-pc. wayfarer, or build another Loomis.
