Salmon are crossing a flooded highway in Washington state to spawn. Saw this on CNN this morning. Anyone for a Highway Clave? Can our Washington Sate Forum members tell us where this is happening?

This happens virtually every year. The Skokomish river floods this area quite readily when the heavy rains shw up at this time of year. And every year it seems the TV news crews from Seattle go out and film it so that everyone accross the country can see it.
I for one wish they would quit doing this because it gives folks elswhere the false impresion that the salmon are doing just fine in Washington thank you. The fact, is that many of the salmon stocks in the state are not in good shape. In fact, if it weren't for hatchery production, there would be precious little if any angling for Coho or Kings in the state.
