17 Sept...
...Fished the incoming and had a few Randy Jones momentz...
Even without a step ladder I saw lots of big, finiky fish.
Lots of follows but only 2 hungry consumers (32"&38") who apparently approved of the tastefully sparse/slightly flashy deseaver d'penguin.

Lots of good fishin' left at SandyPoint!

Structure...
I don't need no stinking structure!
But it sure makes it easier to find and annoy fish!

Penguin - those are some awesome shots of the shoreline! What was the bird that did the recon work?

Nice, Pete.

That 38 incher must have given you a pretty decent tussle, huh? Good to hear that the fish are still cruising the skinny water. Gotta make it down there for one last hurrah before salmon season is in full swing...

Cool pics, too!

Why did I think you opted for Sea Plane rather than getting a new boat? I am surprised no one has been doing that yet..... yet.

Way cool...... Pete. How does a flightless bird enjoy the hights?.

What about getting your friend down to Lil' Rhody shore line and salt ponds and prepare us aptly for the tuniod clave.

Pete,

Way to go!

The recon photos are sweet...thanks for posting 'em. Don't know about the ultra-lite, but I know where you can pick up a slightly used SR-71...just the ticket for fast recon trips out to Monomoy and back.

Best regards,

-Doc

Great pictures, yes why aren't the eastern saltwater fisherman using sea planes like they do in Alaska bush etc.. to get around to different beaches

How about a daily ferry service following the bait and fish.

An unexplored business opportunity maybe ?

The water passes through the external ports/remote sensors at which point the receiving unit (command and control centre) detects (smells) the nicotene from you cigatette/fingers...and sounds a silent general alarm which initiates "terminate follow" sequence.

Wash you handz!:tsk_tsk:

Great Stuff Pengy,
Tired of walking out to the tip so now you are doing fly-in's?? Great way to locate the fish as well. Yes I too have wondered how much my stinky hands are putting the fish off???? They sell special soap to the deer hunters to get rid of their scent I wonder if I should keep some on the boat. Are you coming down to the Clave???

Pete,

Thanks for the new wallpaper on my desktop.

There's an artist in there screaming to get out - set him loose!

Ya know I smoke and I often wonder if the fish can really smell it. I don't think I ever encountered a situation in which it made a difference. Is there any scientific evidence of this?
