Riprider at 8..did not even bother with the lighthouse... Skunked fish on the inside, none on the ocean..home by 12. Worked the holes on the outgoing ...did not even see a fish... sparce birds..bait here and there...saw some silver sides going after my fly.. Can't figure it out... as Bob Pink can attest, every year it's different.. even Tony Stetzko on Nauset is having his issues... Fish must still be offshore, even with the sight fishing ok, the majority of fish just are not going to the usual places...The light house is unusually barren for this time of year ...the ocean side of SB has quieted down.. Have to go to Boston tonight and will be back at it on Wednesday... will probably do a dawn trip to Nauset to see what's up there...But if the wind stays down, which it did not today.. I will be on the west side of Monomoy... atleast I see fish there.

At least everyone is having the same experience that I had last week. Fish were on Nauset beach but ćoo*many people around . Saw plenty of fish around* but they had lockjaw. Saw one fish caught on a green*crab pattern were you like to at the light if you know were I mean. I am sure the Iron man can get a few. FishHawk:smokin:
