I just took a rolling clinic yesterday. GOOD STUFF! It wasn't nearly as hard as you would think, and it really puts together all the other bracing skills. This may not be relevant to most fishermen, but for those that plan on covering some miles in their boats, skills and confidence will make the fishing more fun.
Now, let's see if I can do this with a little loose weight in the boat...gurgle...gurgle...Wooosh!

What sorta craft were you in for this holy grail exercise?
I can roll a whitewater boat with a snug fit but I'm affraid a sitontop or a Pongo will be another story.

I was told that a Sea Kayak is easier to roll than a white water yak(we were in white water ones). A SOT would be tough because you are so high(low up side down). A Pungo might be tough if it doesn't fit well. You might fall out, or unable to roll the hips because both knees are holding you in. Only one way to find out. I obviousely don't have that much experience.
