Hey, What are people doing this weekend? The rivers up here are still too warm for any good trout fishing and I think I have a new addiction to these damn Stripers!~~~~~~~~~~~
What is the deal with the RIP TRIP?

I will be down Friday night to fish Saturday Morning... or do a Saturday Rip trip... I will speak with Juro. Wouldn't you know it ,I left my business lap top down the cape and I need it so I will have to go down to pick it up.... I originally planned on just going back in two weeks.... but forgetting the computer... what a boob.

If Sunday is a bluebird day I'll be going to North Monomoy. Less than bluebird will send me elsewhere, maybe bayside. Whatever the weather I'm fishing all day somewhere on the Cape.

Should be good on several fronts, mid-day floods mean the best sight fishing; flats parking lots are open on the bayside so you can do that without worries if the wind is hard south.

Back beaches are getting lots of big blues and some fat well-fed bass. Most feel the migration has started so expect to see flurries of fat large bass popping up along the beach and inlets.

South side should be getting active with these cold nights, worth a look around the river mouths and in between the jetties.

South cape from Nobska to Cotuit should have exotics bustin' up the bait if you're lucky to be at the right place at the right time.

I'd imagine Pleasant Bay around Minister's Point would start to get more fish coming around now that the water is not bath water warm.

It's coming onto fall, the fishing should be awesome as long as you can find them. If they are migrating, they'll be thick in one place one tide and completely gone the next.

One things for sure, the ones you don't chase now you might regret this winter!
