Jeff Roop and his pet pot belly pig
Actually, I take back the reference... the fish is far too beautiful to call a pig. It's a HAWG. ;)

That's me standing behind Roop and I saw that fish in person. The biggest of the Day!

Way to go Roop!
Nice fish but I gotta tell ya the one I lost the next day was at least twice as big. http://220.127.116.11/images/flytalk/Wilk.gif

Nice one Jeff. You deserve it man. Any estimates on the weight?
Thanks to Gregg & Mike for showing me the swing, I passed it on after I landed the fish pictured above. (and lost one that was at least 3X as big)
Thanks to Juro for the deep sand eel, I caught most of mine on my night version which has black ultra hair as the top layer.
Two things I keep thinking about;
1. How fat, healthy & STRONG the fish are out there. You should have seen the workout a 30 incher gave John's 12 weight.
2. How good it felt to let that one go. Just another confirmation for me that we need to go to a 36" limit!!

That's a beauty. I agree 36" minimum.
