It sounds as if it to be a pot luck feed this year. I suggest we start on a list of what dishes and sides folks will bring so we don't have too much duplication of effort. I'll handle this if people want to PM me with their dishes unless there is a clave meister alerady in place who wants to pick it up.

Chris, did you get a response on this?
I typically bring a couple cases of good Vermont beers; (some of the Mainers can handle it OK).

I'm usually good for extra smelly cheeze and a drop of Port to wash it down :lildevl:
I should be good for two large striper filets grilled with ginger-miso light olive oil baste garnished with lemon grass. Or some burgers :lildevl:

How about Lark's Tongues in Aspic and the odd quail's egg.:)

Sounds very appropriate Pete. If you're calling in at Fortnum & Mason before the flight, maybe you could pick up some some caviar and a few freshly dug truffles too :lildevl:
By the way, where is the clave bash again?
I know its in the vicinity of CAC but can't recall which thread disclosed the UDL .....:hihi:

If there will be an oven handy that could be preheated to 325F, I'll bring along a couple pie plates of my favorite cream cheese/salsa/shredded Monterey jack taco chip dip, along with a couple bags of Tostistos Scoops tortilla chips. 20 min in the oven and it's ready to rock and roll!:smokin:
