: Buying power (cape rentals)

Something like this would be $220.00 per person for the whole WEEK given there are 10 people in this 5 br Chatham rental...

So the best way to look at this is $440 per bedroom for the entire 4th week in June. Or take the first half Sat-Wed and let someone else take Wed-Sat ($220 each for the 4-5 day mini-vacation). JUne 20th-27th 2009.

This is just one option but they are going fast so the time to act is now.

We have 6 people so far, looking for additional candidates. Send me a PM if you're interested in this week, and if not let me know what your time frame is.

Phil -

That's definitely a sweet find!

Pete -

Stumbling distance from Squire... but much lower buying power. $1800/week four beds.

I am definitely interested in this week and would love to join.
My comment about walking distance from the Squire is only relevant for certain people who seem to spend a lot of time there.:lildevl:

The cost of a taxi every night is not a lot of money and makes places that are a little further out and much cheaper attractive.

Stevo, are you and the clan coming over this year? It wasn't the same last year at the Squire.

Maybe, Jim.

At the moment, I'm booked to go to Oman for 10 days but they have a real bad Red Tide going at the moment - so looking into shelvng that trip for a while. British Airways are robbing me blind to move the flights, but I'm desperately working on going somewhere and soon! The weather in the UK has been bad this winter and we're all climbing the walls right now.

Mmmm, and I thought Penguin had gotten rid of all the communists in that neck of the woods during his "previous life":hihi:

Just don't implicate your backup when calling out the Squire crew.

Not that I would engage is such activity, I'm just looking out for others..........................

Hey Juro
Are you still up for that week?
It would fit in very well for me.
Maybe Joe and Lou would be interested too.

I will tally up the participants today - I think we have quorum for the BIG moon tides in June 20-27th for the crazy price point.

02-19-2009, 06:27 PM
Lou and I are definatly interested, especially the first half of the week.

03-02-2009, 12:55 PM
I'm looking for 2 spots for the clave weekend. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday May 28, 29, 30 if anyone is looking to fill a couple beds that week.

03-02-2009, 04:05 PM

I've taken over planning this from Juro. I've been in contact with Pete a lot over the last week. I just sent Pete an email with the final details for the place and (per Pete) have you and Lou on for 6/20-6/24.

Let me know if this is correct....

I originally booked the place but new developments for the year have developed and my spot opened up. I will be staying nearby but not in the unit.

Dave has graciously taken charge of this unit - thanks bro.

BTW - this unit (and many others) are available for very economical group bookings which are perfect for the Forum's intentions!
