: Family Clave

Given the commonality of the general need to diamonds, flowers and (forbid) marriage counselors, I wonder if it would be a good idea to have a Family Clave (Wife Clave)?

Maybe a freshwater deal?

I have 1 wife and 2 kids (4.5 and 2.5). Anyone?

We've been talking on and off about this for a while. Out at Washburn one suggestion was to call it the B.Y.O.B Clave.
How about the "Nagfest". Ok, just kidding. MY kids are 5 and 6 and it would be a good thing to bring us all together (maybe http://216.71.206.188/images/flytalk/TooHappy.gif).

Mike -

That's a great idea. We should choose South Beach in June. That gives us two sides to fish and / or hide from wind, short boat ride, lots of big fish, sun for the girls, safe for the kids, etc.

Picnic lunch ala Forum style - only the best.

Games and contests for the kids - biggest crab, etc.

Single guys could go to North Monomoy if they want! http://216.71.206.188/images/flytalk/Wilk.gif

I think you'd make a great co-meister! This could follow-up our first Monomoy clave which takes place in early June.

Hi Mike,

I too think that would be a great thing to do. I would be interested in doing that as well. Will have to discuss it more and then look into accomodations for us if enough are interested. My wife isn't much of a camper unfortunately, my boys (1.5yr & 5.5yr) would love it.

Greg.
