At the expense of being moderated I will say no more other than, the fishing has been fabulous! No more long drives for me! These gas prices have been a boon to my wallet in that it has kept me where I should be . Right here! My advice to all is, stay close to home and learn your water well. Too crowded? Just head south!
Nice fish Phil. Good advise too about learning home waters. However I like saltwater fishing & there seems to be a shortage here in central NH.. so I have to travel some, albeit not near as much as I would like
Working 8PM to 4AM now. Loads more fishing time. Less mowing time. LOL!!!!!
Talked to a friend this morning. He put three fish over 30 inches in the boat and lost one at the boat over 36. Incoming tide was one fish after another. I headed out to see what all the commotion was about this afternoon and then mother nature woke up decided to blow. Back out at 4:30 in the morning while she's sleeping.
I've been seeing some monsters out there, too. We should try to hook up some day once things settle down for me here at work. We haven't fished together since you led me to that cow during the shadfest. :smokin:
Can do. This time I have a boat I can borrow. West to the Thames.......East to the Naps.
Phil
