I have heard of great browns taken from the coldwater spills of arkansaw dams. Can anyone tell me where these dams are and when to fish them? Thanks

I have been down there every Feb. for the last ten years. . There are some large Browns down there. You would be fishing the White , The North Fork of the White ,and The Little Red rivers. Cutts , Rainbows ,Browns ,and Brookies.
You can catch trout all year long down there. These rivers are Tailwaters. The White is located in northern Arkansas . The man to talk to is John Wilson. John is a guide down there . He can make it happen. He is a member of this board ,and has his own website.
