General Membership Meeting

Wednesday, October 25, 2000 @ 7:00 PM

Stoller Room, 2nd floor in the Brennan Library @ Lasell College, Newton, Massachusetts.

Directions: Rte. 128 to Exit 22. Turn right off the ramp and pass by the Riverside MBTA station. Turn right at the overhead blinking yellow light onto Woodland Rd and the Lasell campus. Turn left onto Maple Street. Library is immediately on your right. Park on the street or in lot behind the library.

FEATURING: DAVE SKOK - "ADVENTURES FOR BONITO AND ALBIES"

Dave Skok is a noted saltwater angler, guide and fly tier, who will join us to narrate a slide presentation on bonito/albie fishing. Dave will also conduct a fly tying demonstration detailing the steps to complete his red-hot new creation, the "Mushmouth".

There will be a $1 raffle in addition to the $5 entry fee for this event. Donations are welcome! Bring a non-member friend and you both get 10 free raffle tickets.

We will also review CCA-Massachusetts statewide conservation initiatives and programs for 2000 and discuss our planning efforts as we look ahead to 2001.

NOTE: New location and meeting dates.
The Stoller Room will be the site for all Chapter meetings, which will be held on the 4th Wednesday of each month.

Just wanted to say that if you are not a CCA member or are but have never gone to meetings, or are scared of over-indulging in "politics" during the election season...

Dont be.

It's low key, lots of fun, good people and lots to learn and share--just like here. I started going last year and now make every effort to attend when work allows.

Oh, and drop a line here if you plan to go so that we may all continue to try to put faces and names together.
