Ok guys, we're as set as can be for now. I'm sure I missed a few details here and there so please jump in and tweek it up if so.

A few important points:

All riders have been assigned to boats for day 1. If I missed you let me know. Days 2 and 3 we do out there.

All riders should contact boat owners and know when and where to meet. (offer some gas money too)

If this is your 1st Boneclave read up on the Washburn I info from the link on the main Boneclave thread.

SUNDAY Only attendees

Riders please coordinate your own ride back that night (after the big dinner?). It's too complicated for me at this point. There should be at least 2 boats going back and since you guys don't have camping gear there should be plenty of room.

Monday Morning arrivals
We have no boaters arriving on Monday morning.
This is tough for riders because few boat owners will be willing to miss the morning bite and motor up 2 miles in a no wake zone to the ramp, then motor 2 miles back. So unless we get a volunteer boat to do so there will be no early Monday morning pick up until after the morning bite which will be later in the morning- after 10:00. There is little request for that at this point anyways.

Group Dinner Sunday Night

Bring something good if you want to contribute, we always have too much so don't go overboard
(the real good chow will be saved for Mon and Tues. :chuckle: )

GEAR Drop Off

We've opted to not have 8 boats pull up to Wacky at dawn and disturb the campers.
So we have arranged to leave a gear pile down by the jetty for just a few hours with a couple of posted guards who will be fishing nearby. These guys get first slot on Monday morning boats.
Nobody has replied to Quentin's "Gear Drop" thread so far. So if you are leaving gear you might touch base with him soon.

My wife said I was getting cranky, what does she know? If she is right, ignore my tone, it will be all laughs and serious fishing out there:smokin:

PHEW!
When I saw the title to your thread I got worried. As usual, I didn't study for the final!:hihi:
Is there an adjusted gear list to account for drop outs? What's the rough head count for Sunday dinner?
On second thought, don't respond Terry. You've done enough. Begin the process of depressurization.
Gotta be in that Washburn place in your mind and leave all your worries behind.:smokin:

Admirable job, Terry - you da man!

Bring flies for the meister, our tradition.

Mike - I know that feeling of depressurization... I'd go just to sit at camp for the day. But of course I wont' :)

I'm still confused on the food issue.
Should we plan on providing our own meals OR plan on contributing to a master meal. (Sun-Mon-Tues )
Is this true for breakfast & Supper?
Beverages .... BYO flavor?

oh..... is anyone bringing a coal BBQ grill or is it all gas grills. (thinking do we need to bring skillets, pots, etc?)

Thanks

No problem Jim. You are on your own for ALL meals except for Sunday night dinner which is a shared social event. Bring a nice special dish if you want to contribute to the group meal.
There will be ample cooking facilities if you need to cook up a burger or dog etc. for other meals. You might bring a pan or 2 if you need it. We were thinking about a group breakfast as in years past but it's a major production and we fired the camp cook Sully. Keeping it simple as far as food helps. If you have a quick coffee maker like a French press it would help. And don't forget to bring extra WATER!

BTW, here's what I will look like by late tuesday
