Just a heads up...

The Attorney General's office has produced a short pamphlet with answers to FAQ about MA beach access laws. Simple and straightforward, it providies answers about who can go where, rights as fishermen, etc. It's short and to the point (a single sheet of paper), so I intend to fold it up and stick it in my tackle bag for those rare occasions when an irate landowner comes a talkin'.

To get one of these pamphlets,
Write to:
Office of the Attorney General
Environmental Protection Division
One Ashburton Place
Boston, MA 02108

Or call: 617-727-2200

Greg, you cheap bastard, just spend the $.33 for a stamp and have one sent to you http://216.71.206.188/images/flytalk/Wilk.gif

Just ribbin' ya!

Scanning in a pamphlet even as graphics (as opposed to OCR) is a time consuming venture. Transcribing it is even worse. There may also be some copyright issues, not on the content but on the type setting and layout.
