I will be traveling to NH this June to visit one of my island snow birds who lives in Manchester. I've heard of the Monomoy Wildlife Refuge but know little about it. Can someone fill me in? Especially about the prospects of wading for stipers.

Just look at about every third thread in this forum and you'll find stuff on Monomoy. Try a search.
As the time approaches, we'd be glad to show you around.
Aside from the lack of palm trees the quality of the flats rivals the tropics and you will see 40" every day.
I would plan on it if I were you. Manchester is not a far drive - about 3 hours door to door.
