Fruit juice can be a big carb bomb if you are in the early stages of cutting them out. However, if you take vitamins and fiber supplements it's good to have some refreshing juice in the morning.

This is a good alternative to carb-heavy juices until later phases when you can go back to moderate quantities of your favorite full sugar juices - or maybe not if you like this juice as I do!

Great source of Vitamin A, C and potassium...

I have one of those a day with lunch, although not the diet type. I particularly like the mixed berry blend.

Tough to tell that the base is still vegatable juice, isn't it?

Sugar-free or "diet" pink grapefruit juice is good, too. Langers and Ocean Spray both make one specified for "low carb" regimes. The Ocean Spray has a fuller flavor; the Langers is a bit weak.

These may not be good for "induction phase", but afterwards, should be OK.
