Well , I hit SB with Al Parquett.. at the 8 am rip rider.... hit half a dozan fish between 9 and 10... then low tide at 10:30....and the wind picked up to about 25 plus mph..... we both went back at 11 am..... the key to SB is Tides, tides, tides....some fish landered were not keepers but good fat fish in the 20 to 25 inche range and most were very pi**sd off....... interesting mosted were of a brown color not grey....I looked for fish hawk but no where to be seen... tomorrrow maybe good.. with an extra hour on the outgoing.... but the incoming is key to SB.
Oh how I missed being out there this weekend! Work and family commitments kept me away... jonesin' for sure.
Did I mention I had a 27" fish come out like a tarpon last week? They really are full of steam lately. Only the fourth jumping striper I have ever seen never mind hooked.
Thanks for the report.
