Just occured to me to post this in case someone is interested. I have a place on the market to settle an estate. Double mobile home on 1/2 acre lot in an area with mostly retirees. Great shape as far as I know (never been there, but was my aunt and uncle's place and they kept things up to snuff) and fully furnished. Price is $34000. I understand there's some great fishing in the area and its a giant tarpon mecca in April - May.
