I am planning on going fly fishing for largemouth bass and bream this summer. I have a 9' #6 fly pole. I am using poppers and bug like flies for bream, and flies that look like fish for bass. I am confused about the leader tippet combo I should use. Any advice on what I should do? Thanks

Bass and panfish don't require anything too fancy for leader systems. You can get away with perhaps 4 feet of 20 or 16 pound test for a butt section followed by a few feet of 12 pound tippet. If the 12 pound tippet's diameter is a bit too big for some of the smaller panfish poppers, add another foot or two of 8 pound test.
With experience you'll be able to tell what best suits your needs, but what I've described above works for me most of the time.
